The lawful basis under the Data Protection Legislation that allows us to use such information is article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR which allows us to process personal data when it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in this case, the proper operation and functionality of Our Site. As stated above, we do not generally collect any personal data directly from you, but if you contact us and we obtain your personal details from your email, we may use them to respond to your email and / or send you product information.

Any and all emails containing your personal data will be deleted no later than 18 months after the “subject matter of your email” has been resolved and no other personal data will be retained for any longer than is necessary.

We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes other than storage on an email and/or web hosting server.

6.1 CCTV

This CCTV system and the images produced by it are controlled by Vincents Butchers who are responsible for how the system is used.

A system has been chosen which produces clear images which the law enforcement bodies (usually the police) can use to investigate crime and these can easily be taken from the system when required.
Four cameras have been sited so that they provide clear images.
Cameras have been positioned to avoid capturing the images of persons not visiting the premises.
There are visible signs showing that CCTV is in operation.
Images from this CCTV system are securely stored, where only the proprietor is authorised to access them.
The recorded images are retained for 30 days or long enough for any incident to come to light (e.g. for a theft to be noticed) and the incident to be investigated.
Except for law enforcement bodies, images will not be provided to third parties.
The potential impact on individuals’ privacy has been identified and taken into account in the use of the system.
The organisation knows how to respond to individuals making requests for copies of their own images. If unsure the controller knows to seek advice from the Information Commissioner (ICO) as soon as such a request is made.
Regular checks are carried out to ensure that the system is working properly and produces high quality images.

7 How and Where Do You Store My Data?

We will only store your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.

Personal data security is essential to us, and to protect personal data, we take the following measures:

limiting access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties with a legitimate need to know and ensuring that they are subject to duties of confidentiality;
all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers with a Firewall and high level anti-virus two layered protection;

9 How Can I Access My Personal Data?
